Exchange Policy

We want you to shop with complete confidence. If your purchase isn't the perfect choice, you can exchange it within 7 days of the date of purchase—no questions asked.

Eligibility Requirements

• Exchange request must be made within 7 calendar days from the purchase date.
• The original invoice/bill is mandatory.
• The jewellery must be unused, unworn, and returned in its original condition.
• All original packaging, tags, certificates, and accessories must accompany the product.

Exchange Terms & Conditions

• Jewellery can be exchanged for another product of equal or higher value.
• If the new product is of higher value, the customer must pay the applicable price difference.
• Exchange is subject to product inspection and approval.
• Products showing signs of wear, misuse, alteration, resizing, damage, or missing components may not be eligible for exchange.
• Customized, engraved, personalized, or special-order products are not eligible for exchange unless received in a defective condition.
• Exchange can be availed only once against the original purchase unless otherwise approved by the company.
